what I do

My Journey to Health and Wellness

 My own personal health story seems like a roller coaster of symptoms; chronic knee joint pain, overweight, poor gut health, adult acne, brain fog, constant fatigue, poor adrenals and a really low stress tolerance. It was these symptoms that inspired and continue to inspire me every day along with my passion for helping people.

I’ve been there. I know the battle. I know it’s exhausting. There is hope.

When I think about it, my journey has been a collection of learning throughout my whole life and I can truthfully say I am still learning, as information becomes more and more available.

I believe the key is to bring the body back into balance with the use of herbals and glandular’s and most importantly practice self-love, patience and kindness with yourself daily

The answer I have found is that it can be as simple or as complex as we want to make it. Eat whole raw foods as much as possible, reduce processed foods and grains, and where ever possible choose organic/biodynamic
